Revamping of Flexicoker Unit at the Heracles Plant, in Rotterdam, the Netherlands:
- Installation of static and rotating equipment;
- Detail engineering, prefabrication and erection of structures, platforms and piping;
- Installation of valves;
- Painting and thermal insulation;
- Electrical and instrumentation works;
- Tests, commissioning and assistance to start-up.
Piping: 65 tons
Pipe welding: 7500 weld-inches (carbon, alloy and stainless steel)
Equipment: 91 tons
Estructures and platforms: 44,5 tons
Period of execution: 6 months
