Integrated Quality and Safety Management System
Setilgest has developed and implemented an integrated management system (quality and safety) according to NP EN ISO 9001:2015 and SCC PETRO version 2017/6.0. The following relevant points are highlighted in relation to Safety:
- Security management system duly formalized;
- Integrated quality, hygiene and safety Manual detailing the organization, responsibilities, procedures and service instructions;
- Implementation of corrective actions and maintenance of records resulting from each project carried out.
Setilgest makes it possible to consult relevant documents, such as:
- The organization process in hygiene and safety (Manual);
- Hygiene and safety plans.
The Safety training sessions (Toolbox Meetings) and shipyard inspections in the Assembly of responsibility of Setilgest, SA, are executed by responsible safety technicians (CAP level IV, VI and VCA Supervisor) or by the customer itself (if thus established. Setilgest, SA, provides on request the following information/documents:
- Hygiene and safety plans;
- Reports of Toolbox meetings;
- Monthly reports/statistics of accidents/incidents per work;
- Annual reports of accidents/incidents of all works.
In this context, Setilgest, SA, aims to reach the end of each project with 0 (zero) ACCIDENTS, 0 (zero) INCIDENTS and 0 (zero) ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS, fulfilling all the requirements of safety, hygiene, health and environment in accordance with the legislation Portuguese and the legislation of the country where Setilgest, SA executes its projects. Regarding Quality, the following relevant points are highlighted:
- Quality management system duly formalized;
- Integrated quality, hygiene and safety Manual detailing the organization, responsibilities, procedures and service instructions;
- Monitoring and measurement methods;
- Implementation of corrective actions and maintenance of the resulting records;
- Maintains relevant records of the entire management system;
- It has specific procedures and service instructions for handling, monitoring, storing, packaging and transporting the raw materials and products of their use, both internally and from their customers.
Setilgest, SA, makes it possible to consult relevant documents such as:
- Integrated management system Manual;
- Organization and structure of the company;
- Product quality specifications or standards;
- Monitoring and measurement plans, where the quality control of the executed works is followed with a judicious standard in accordance with this documentation, customer standards and construction codes specific to each type of product.
At the end of each project are provided the “Construction Dossiers” with all relevant information and registration, in accordance with the contracts concluded with its customers and dependent on the specificities of each product built. The primary objective of Setilgest, SA, is to establish the increasing satisfaction of its Customers.
