Air Liquide – SMR-X Project – Antwerp, Belgium (2019/2020)
Mechanical, structural, piping and insulation works associated to the construction of a new Hydrogen Plant at Air Liquid Covestro, Antwerp, Belgium.
- Erection of Hydrogen Reformer, total weight: 850 tons.
- Erection of other static and rotating equipment: 1.700 tons.
- Fabrication and erection of support structures and platforms: 245 tons.
- Prefabrication and erection of piping in cs, ss, alloy materials: 295 tons / 32.500 weld-inches.
- Thermal insulation of piping: 3.200 m2.
- Thermal insulation of equipment: 3.550 m2.
- Refractory works: 480 m3.
Total Weight: 3090 tons
Period of Execution: 18 months
