Construction of a new HYCO plant for Bayer in Chempark – Dormagen, Germany.

Erection of one Hydrogen Reformer, cold boxes, modules, compressors, pumps, vessels, other equipment, steelstructures, piperacks and miscellanea.

Fabrication and erection of piping.

Installation of refractory materials and external insulation of piping and equipement.

Equipment: 4.170 tons
Structures and platforms: 1.100 tons
Piping: 730 tons
Pipe welding: 45.000 polegadas (carbon, alloy and stainless steel)
Period of execution: 14 months
